Hello and welcome to FRANCE3D,

FRANCE3D BASIC is a new project from FRANCE3D group. It allows everybody to become a land owner in Second Life for an affordable price.

When buying a land in a FRANCE3D BASIC region, you are sure to make the right choice :

- The cheapest Regions on the Second Life market
- You buy directly to a REGION OWNER. And not to somebody who rents a full region to a foreign region owner, as it is common on SL (potential risk to loose your land if one of the many intermediaries changes his plans)
- FRANCE3D is a famous Estate without VAT
- Private regions on class 5 servers minimum (high performance) > no need of premium account !

R U L E S
- Any activity is allowed as long as you respect the Linden TOS and your neighbours (mature area)
- Resale and renting allowed (please warn us when your land has been sold)
- Land Joining, terraforming and skyboxes allowed
- It is forbidden to use the RESTRICT ACCESS TOOL. We advise you to use a protection tool script instead (contact us if needed)

H O W  T O  B U Y ?
- Go on the land that you want to purchase and click the BUY button
- The land is yours. Then move to our office : click HERE

- Here you need to pay your tier fee. First, teleport to the area that corresponds to your region by clicking on of the logos on the black board.
- Choose an available slot, that corresponds to your land area. Right click on it and choose PAY (you can pay several weeks in a row)
- Repeat the same procedure before your last payment period expires

N.B. If an owner lets his tier payment expire for 24 hours,  the Land will be taken back by FRANCE3D and put on sale again. The ex-owner won't get any money for the loss of this land.
If you want to avoid any problem of this kind, we strongly advise you to pay the maintenance fees in advance if you don't intend to come in SL for a longer period.

R E N T A L S
On some regions, our lands are only for rent (see regions list).
Procedure :
- On the land that you want to rent, you will find the indicated rental rate
- Buy the land (symbolic price)
- Move to our office and pay to an available slot, corresponding to your region name and to the plot area
- The 1st rental MUST BE PAID IN THE NEXT HOUR. FRANCE3D will reclaim the land if you don't respect this delay
- Rented lands can not be resold. No refunds for prepaid rentals
